Within a day, after carefully reviewing our plan, Ms. Thuy Do sent us a first draft with helpful, creative suggestions for changes to optimize our trip. After some fine-tuning, we finally agreed on a version that incorporated Thuy’s ideas. During the trip, we asked Thuy to organize a day trip to the Mekong Delta for us. We received a detailed proposal for this request within 24 hours as well. Throughout the entire trip, Thuy checked in with us repeatedly via WhatsApp to make sure everything was going well. The entire trip was perfectly planned and organized from start to finish: excellent accommodations, all guides were professional, the drivers were experienced and punctual without exception. The vehicles were all in good condition. The company offers excellent value for money.
